The staff were brilliant and even upgraded us free of charge; the rooms were clean, smelled good, and the bed and facilities were great as always. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were great and easy to locate. The room was simple but clean and tidy. The only issue was that the shower head didn’t work very well.
