The location is amazing, just across the street from the ski resort gondola. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the onsen was great after skiing, and the Japanese breakfast each morning was delicious. The staff were also extremely helpful and welcoming. I can't think of anything negative.

Breakfast was good and the location to the gondola was amazing, right across the street and about a 10min walk into the town

Breakfast was just okay. Dinners were a bit too expensive, and there weren't many dining options nearby.

The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to help us. He shipped our bags to our next hotel and took care of everything himself. We accidentally skipped out without paying our incidentals and they were very patient and helpful in helping us resolve the situation. The hotel was also in a great location, very close to everything. If I had to complain, it would be that the onsen is a little small.
