The location in Malcesine is direct, with good bus and boat connections, and there are plenty of eating options nearby. The staff were friendly. The missing fridge in the room and the mediocre breakfast were the negatives.

The location is great, the staff are friendly and responsive, the food and pastries are good, and breakfast is included. The parking is free, but it’s a hilly 20‑25 minute walk away and you need good driving on the narrow access roads.

The spot is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. The room was nice with a great view of the lake. However, the hot water distribution unit dripped in the bathroom. The toilet is mounted too high and feels uncomfortable. The shower only has a curtain, which is disappointing for this price range; a shower cabin would be expected. The parking is about 1 km outside the town but free. You can use the nearby parking for loading and unloading luggage, but long‑term parking is very expensive.

The room was very clean, spacious, and right by the harbor. Loading and unloading luggage was difficult because there is no direct access to the free parking lot, which is a good 15 minutes on foot from the hotel. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice.
