Recommended for the location, and also praised for cleanliness and staff. Breakfast was very cheap, almost non‑existent. The shower cabin leaked constantly on the tiles.

The location is great, just a 2‑minute walk from the tram stop that connects to many points of interest. The hotel is far beyond the minimum standards, cleanliness is awful, services are poor, staff don’t speak English, and the rooms are noisy; traffic can be heard on the fifth floor even with the windows closed.

“Bad stay”

The location was fine. Everything else was bad: first they gave us a double room instead of the twin beds we requested, then when they corrected it they put a blanket cover on one bed and an uncovered blanket on the other. The bathroom was small and unattractive, they only changed the shampoo once during an eight‑day stay (the bottle isn’t that big), and the breakfast was terrible.

The staff were kind and helpful, especially at reception where the woman handled the morning and the young man the evening, and the location was spot on. The rooms were extremely small, with only one charging spot for two people, the shower cabin leaked a lot during showers, and the breakfast was weak.

The location was good, but it was not worthy of a 3‑star hotel; a water leak in the bathroom, mediocre reception, and during our 5 nights there were mattresses stored in the hallway near the bar; the staff were not warm, we only had towels changed, the room fridge didn’t work properly, and one breakfast attendant just screamed. The hotel was not very welcoming and not top quality.
