The location, room's size and facilities and the surroundings were very excellent. Restaurant bills are not allowed to be charged to room

The vibe was great, the location hit the spot, breakfast was brilliant, and the rooms are absolutely fantastic. I love the hotel and will definitely be back. The Canteen Manager (I can’t recall his name) was super professional and really friendly. I had a small mix‑up with my friend’s breakfast and he handled it nicely and politely. The only downside was that I felt the hotel should pay more attention to the little details; the ceiling in my room was uneven, there was a stain, and some tiles were loose. Those issues should be fixed right away instead of waiting until they fall apart, especially given the hotel’s price point.

I loved this hotel – the location is great! The room is comfortable and spacious, and the lagoon view is impeccable. Fireworks added to the experience. Multiple elevators, a huge hotel, a central area, great housekeeping, and a huge pool area! The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast – the food didn’t taste very good. Room service was also not great; I had to return my food.

Everything is good about Black Diamond Hotel. It’s not my first time. Whenever I come to Lagos I always laugh at Black Diamond Hotel. Almost everything.
