The air conditioners are super good. The manager is super attentive and managed to fix the problems that were in the house in a moment, and actually gave us a free activity. The cleaning was terrible and the house was neglected – no artichokes for the shower, the cisterns, etc. The worst is the cleaning and the girls who clean.

The mattresses were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, but the pool was full of wasps and had no filtration system; for a group of 12 it felt a bit cramped, and the cleaning could use some improvement.

The house was tidy and matched the photos, yet the pool was somewhat dirty and full of wasps. There was no gas for cooking, but they brought it when we requested it.

The accommodation was fully equipped for a large group, the location was excellent—close to everything and away from noise—and the staff were attentive and kind, always ready to help with anything we needed.
