The beach was nice, but I was let down by the hotel’s policy of charging for almost everything, even a simple cup of tea. Given how much I paid for my stay, I don’t think it’s fair to add extra fees for basic items. I spent a lot on the room, so I expected at least some complimentary essentials like tea or coffee. Charging separately for every little thing made the whole experience feel unnecessarily pricey and disappointing.

“Deteriorating hotel”

I liked the location, but they tried to give me a non‑Seaview room even though I paid for a Seaview. There were many flies and no effort to control them, even around food.

I liked my cabana a lot and the breakfast was delicious with many varieties. The staff were helpful, and I’ll definitely return next summer.

“Great place , great staff. A bit expensive given the beach issues”

The rooms offered a lagoon view. The beach was rocky, and we couldn’t reach the smooth section because it’s prohibited.
