The place is in a great spot, close to everything, but the rates are way above what you get. I felt like I was paying for a luxury that wasn't really there.

“Fa scifooo!!”

Dirty all around, no trash bin, freezing cold, heating was off. I couldn't even get a decent room.

They told us at the last minute that they couldn't host us because the rooms had flooded from the rain. It was a total mess.

“Please don’t book this hotel it’s a worse decision”

No lights in the toilet, no pillows or blankets, and when we called room service they just told us to adjust. It was the worst stay I've ever had.

“Très très insatisfaisant, je n’ai même pas dormi”

There was a kid on my bed with his shoes when I walked in, no bath towels, no blinds, and a bunch of other problems. I can't believe this is happening in Switzerland.
