The spot is unbeatable, just a short stroll to Parliament, the Supreme Court, and plenty of shops for anything you need. The check‑in folks were wonderful, and the on‑site restaurant Sasha's is fantastic, with staff that really shine; Ian shared a wealth of knowledge and the calamari was fabulous. The building is older but impeccably maintained, clean, efficient, with daily room servicing and amazing valets. The price was great for everything, and I couldn't find any negatives.

Very clean and the hospitality is the best. I was charged twice on my credit card, and after speaking with the hotel they promised to resolve it today.
