The apartment was very neat and beautiful, equipped with everything you might need. The host was a very nice woman who always responded quickly and was very helpful. The apartment was a 10‑minute walk from the station, which made it easy to get to Napoli. The price‑quality ratio was also very good!

The apartment matched the pictures and was tidy and clean. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay there because many problems arose on the day of our arrival that forced us to find another place. I hope this review warns future guests and encourages the host to improve the service so her beautiful flat can be an option for others in the future. I’m sorry to write a bad review (my first one, since I’ve used private accommodations for years), but I’m sure Martina could not expect anything different from us, given the experience we had. Everything that could go wrong did, in fact, go wrong. The host’s communication on arrival was poor, supposedly due to a technical issue with her phone, but she didn’t arrange for anyone else to help us. The instructions for accessing the property were incomplete, so we spent over 30 minutes outside in the cold trying to open the gate. We were then helped by someone else related to the property, but that happened by coincidence, not because there was a backup plan. The apartment wasn’t heated and one of the two bedrooms had only one single bed ready, even though we booked for four people and the listing said there was one double and two single beds. The host said the cleaner had forgotten the fourth bed. While we tried to turn on the air conditioning and heat the place, a blackout occurred in the flat. We switched all the lights back on from the electric meter, but they kept going out until she arrived, an hour and a half after we had entered. When we met her, Martina offered us a replacement property for that night only, but she said we should return to the flat we had booked the next day and someone would try to fix the blackouts. That didn’t sound acceptable or reassuring, so we decided to find a hotel, while she offered us a full refund. We were lucky to find a hotel that night, otherwise we would have been in deep trouble. If the issues were out of everyone’s control, I would not write a bad review.
