We only stayed one night, including breakfast and dinner, and it was amazing. We had our own little dining room and enjoyed it so much. The view over Osaka from the hotel is incredible. We also booked an hour in the private onsen and used the public onsen, which was all super nice. Such a great get‑away from the hustle of the city. 100% recommended and would definitely do it again.

I’ve stayed several times before, and this visit felt overall good. The staff were polite and even escorted me out in the rain—thanks! The only downside was the noisy air‑conditioner; when it was turned off it got hot, and turning it back on disrupted my sleep. It didn’t bother me until bedtime, but if it can be improved, that would be great.

The view from the hotel was amazing, and the free‑drink corner was well stocked. Everyone on the staff had a pleasant vibe. The only hiccup was that, being in the mountains, the check‑out time was 10 p.m., so I was nervous about picking up my daughter from her live show.
