The cleaning staff were very friendly! My wife’s phone was stolen in the casino area and the security guards didn’t help much—they didn’t check the cameras and were rude to her. She was frustrated by the treatment, which dampened her view of the hotel, and she intends to file a formal complaint with corporate.

The spot was spot on and the décor felt like a clever take on the classic vanderpump vibe, so I really enjoyed it. The staff were great, and I had a good interaction with each of them. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice, and the cocktails tasted amazing. The only hiccup was that check‑in starts at 3pm, but we arrived at 4:30 and were told the room wasn’t ready yet, so we had to wait until after 5 to get it inspected, which felt a bit cheeky since we were paying from 3pm.
