The place was off grid, which I loved for its peaceful vibe and the nice hilly walk that started right outside. The bed, however, was uncomfortable.

The hut was charming, in a great spot with amazing views and a very secluded feel – definitely worth recommending. The host was good. But it gets very cold by morning, almost matching the outside temperature, which was 3 C overnight for us. The heater runs only a couple of hours before the gas runs out. There are no shower facilities; even a rainwater bucket with a cord to tip over your head would be better than nothing.

The location was beautiful, very peaceful, and the local pub was easy to walk to for dinner. It would have been nice to have some comfortable chairs outside to admire the view.

The setting was outstanding, and everything was close by by car. There were plenty of walks and animals to listen to! We paid extra for stations and some USB lighting but loved it. Nothing else to complain about 😊 Read the description and go and enjoy being off grid.
