The hotel surprised me with every beautiful detail, and I strongly recommend it for families; all staff—reception, restaurant, bellhops, housekeeping—were excellent, and the breakfast met every need and was suitable for everyone. The place is clean, the décor is lovely and modern, the bathrooms contain all necessary items, especially the soft, top‑quality toothbrushes I’ve used before. Parking in the basement is free. The only drawback is that the exterior glass needs cleaning.

“Very nice and clean hotel and spacious and family oriented hotel.”

Very nice and good hotel; it’s my first booking there and it meets all my expectations. The new family‑oriented property has a supermarket inside and an ATM, taxis are nearby, and the housekeeping staff are friendly and understanding. I would have liked the staff to consider Gulf culture by using coals and Oud in the rooms without mentioning that it is prohibited, especially since we have a cooking area that is fine for the hotel; not using coals or Oud was disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff responded promptly to our requests. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods. A water drop fell from the ceiling in one bathroom; after we called maintenance, they fixed it.
