The first‑line beach access was fast, with loungers for guests and no issues finding a spot, although some loungers were taken up with towels and didn’t appear until the evening. Our room matched the photos perfectly. We stayed in a new room in one of the two white villas; rooms in the other buildings were old and needed repairs, as other guests had mentioned. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The lack of promenades in Greece is a general problem – you can only walk on the hotel grounds, there are no sidewalks outside, and taxis are the only way to get around. The gym disappointed us – the equipment was old and dirty, which is not what you expect at a hotel of this caliber. We also had a problem with large winged cockroaches coming in through a gap under the door at night; the kids were frightened a couple of times. Each evening we closed the gap with a towel before bed, and the issue was resolved – the hotel should consider sealing that gap.

The hotel is beautiful, and as soon as we entered, the scent of flowers and the smiling staff greeted us, checking daily to see if we needed anything and if we were satisfied. The hotel has a pool and its own beach; loungers and towels are provided free of charge. There are several à‑la‑carte restaurants and bars. We had half‑board at the main restaurant and were surprised by the wide selection of dishes, but the food was the best we’ve ever tasted; it felt like ordering from an à‑la‑carte restaurant. The snack selection was amazing, like in the best pastry shop. I highly recommend it – even children will find plenty of fun on the ground floor, with a play area, many games, shops, and ice cream. The overall impression was wonderful, and we thank the staff for a pleasant stay. At the end of our visit, we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine and a fruit plate as a hotel gift. Thank you Despina and the entire team. The housekeeping staff cleaned meticulously. I recommend staying outside the peak season of July and August; we were there in May and recommend a room with a sea view. The only thing we couldn’t find that we didn’t like was perhaps the bathroom, which might need renovation because the bathtub was there and the shower was poor, but we saw the hotel was renovating and the hotel’s lobby was a brand‑new building.
