“Traumhaft”
We’re already here for the third time, and the breakfast, location, and friendly staff are unbeatable; the price‑to‑value ratio is also great in the final week of the season.

The suite with a hot tub was clean, spacious, and offered a fantastic view, yet the evening meals were very poor, breakfast was just okay, and on the two occasions we dined at different hotel restaurants the food fell below average; the other five nights in Skiathos Town were excellent.

Buggies sometimes took 15 minutes to arrive when busy—maybe they need a better map for walkers.

The hotel is modern, the staff are very friendly, the restaurants serve excellent food, and the rooftop bar offers panoramic views; however, Elivi is quite a distance from Skiathos town, so the best way to get there is the local bus that runs every 10 minutes from a stop three minutes from the hotel, while taxis are scarce, need a 30‑minute advance booking, and are pricey; Koukounaries beach is crowded and touristy, so we preferred the nicer hotel beaches.

The spot was spot‑on and the idea worked flawlessly, but the breakfast could have leaned more into local fare—cheeses or homemade pies would have been a great addition.
