Very convenient for visiting Lucerne, the hotel gave a free bus card and the option to charge a car for free; the room was quiet and comfortable, no air conditioning needed for this season, and the staff were welcoming.

Beautiful building, newly renovated, coffee machine, good location and friendly staff. I didn’t realise I booked for one person (although I booked a double room), so I had to pay extra at checkout which is a boomer
