From the moment I booked until after I checked out, the service was unbelievably caring and attentive! Rosa was very thoughtful and made us feel right at home. The lodge is charming, quiet, with a beautiful garden, everything spotless and well organized, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a very pleasant experience! We did have a bit of trouble with mosquitoes because it rained during our stay, but a repellent or insecticide solved that problem.

Everyone was extremely helpful. Rosa was a spectacular example of hospitality with everyone, and Mel was an amazing mascot.

The breakfast was excellent, the location is great, especially for kids. It was very peaceful! My daughter was thrilled by MEL, the little dog! The room was very comfortable and the lodge is BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL! It could use a larger playground for children.
