The staff were amazing and the food is very good. The doctor in the Hotel is a rip off and very rude.

“Velmi dobrý hotel, mohu jen doporučit.”

The location is great, right by the sea. The food is very good and the Wi‑Fi signal is strong throughout the hotel. As usual, people start putting their towels on the beds early in the morning, so by 8 am there’s nowhere to lie down; the hotel does nothing about it, which I see as a mistake. The minibar/freezer in the room barely kept things cold.

“Sun-lounger reservation hell, but at least the food was decent”

The food was really amazing, especially the buffet, and it was easy to feed our toddler. The kiddies splash pool was cute. The staff overall were amazing and attentive at the restaurants, though not so much at reception. The sun‑lounger situation was a nightmare – staff did nothing about people reserving the sun beds, and by 9 am they were all gone. Thankfully the splash pool didn’t have the same problem, but we never could sit at a different pool because there was never space, and some people who had reservations only showed up hours later, making the holiday very stressful. I’ll never return because of this. A horrible red light above our bed turned on every time someone moved, giving us terrible sleep the first night; they said nothing could be done and that covering it would stop the electricity, but we covered it ourselves with a sock and hair tie and still had power. I don’t understand why the staff wouldn’t help us sleep better. We weren’t the only ones with this issue. The facilities were okay overall, but there were no trees or natural shade near the pools, so the main areas were very hot and bright. Inside the hotel was nice except for dusty fake palms everywhere and a neglected pond in the main building. If it weren’t for the amazing food, I’m not sure we would have liked to stay there for a whole week.

“Un très bon séjour malgré quelques bémols”

The place is clean, the food is good, the pools are nice, there’s a small private beach, and the location is convenient. The beach chairs can only be reserved from 7 am, we were almost kicked out of the room before check‑out time, and the staff were not always friendly.
