I had a wonderful time with a lively group of friends. The shower could be improved – it’s a bit tricky to keep the button pressed while rinsing, but it’s not a disaster and I wasn’t aware it would be that way.

I stayed at VAD Hostel Alicante and it was a great experience! The hostel was spotlessly clean and the staff were genuinely top‑class, always friendly and helpful. A big thank you especially to the front‑desk lady on Monday morning who went out of her way to assist me with my delayed flight and even called a taxi for me. It was truly appreciated! 🙏

The hostel isn’t right in the historic centre but just outside it, which is super convenient for a short walk to a busy and safe area. I felt very comfortable there; the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and ready to help. It’s clear they love what they do, organising events for guests to meet and socialize. The bathrooms and common areas were always immaculate and spotless, which is no small feat. I highly recommend this hostel and can’t wait to return. Nothing was lacking – everything was perfect!
