The spot is great, and the staff communicate well and keep things organized, always friendly and helpful. The only downside was a bit of enforcement against guests who didn’t clean their dishes or leave towels on the bathroom floor.

I was disappointed because the website didn’t indicate that no children were allowed or that each room was rented separately like a hotel. It made it seem like we were renting the whole house instead of just individual rooms.

Getting there was very easy. I shared a room with three guys, and one of them snored all night, so I couldn’t sleep well.

About 7 miles from Downtown Sacramento, the check‑in and check‑out were smooth with a door code. However, the room and common areas were filthy—clearly uncleaned for months, especially the bathroom with a clogged tub and no hand soap. The bedroom floor was dusty, the sheets looked unwashed and even had a blood stain. The place feels run by people who don’t care about upkeep and only want to squeeze in locals between jobs. They also ask for credit card info on their site before check‑in, even though payment was already made on Booking. Don’t be fooled by the fake high reviews; stay elsewhere.

I enjoyed the place, the people were friendly, and the rooms were clean; even the shared bathroom, which I’d been worried about, turned out to be pretty tidy, so I’d stay again.
