The hotel is very well located, close to the metro station and the Berliner Tor train station.

It’s very centrally located, but the first night in the tiny room wasn’t great; after a room change it became acceptable.

The first day was excellent, the reception staff were fantastic, but ten days later the reception was impossible to reach despite a reservation, they wanted to charge double for the room, the staff had changed, and the service was rude.

The notes say “just a robot/AI”; we had to wait several minutes at reception, showing our booking conversation to several people as if we hadn’t notified anyone beforehand, even though we only needed non‑feather pillows.
