The hotel’s quirky charm, parking, and friendly staff were great, but the bathroom was tiny with a minuscule shower, and the late‑night noise from terrace guests kept us from sleeping for two nights.

The staff were nice, the Tyrolean décor was typical, and the location was perfect; public transport made it easy to reach all the ski slopes.
