Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The spot was lovely, but it was a shame the generator stopped after the first night; we were told to bring power banks because our phones drained, which was fine. The location was great, but when you’ve had a few drinks and head back to the tent, the path is a bit steep and slick when wet, yet it was still a lot of fun.

It was an enjoyable and unique experience, well equipped, and we had a glorious evening to enjoy. Nothing else to comment on.

The tent was brilliant—fully equipped, the firepit was great, perfect for a BBQ, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The car park sat at the top of the hill, so carrying bags up and down to the tent was a bit of a trek.

SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED THE REVIEWS . DONT WASTE MONEY. PLENTY OF DECENT GLAMPING SITES AT LAKE DISTRICT . TOTAL CON . Disappointed and very unprofessional - was unable to stay at the property, we arrived 2-3 hours later then we were expecting due to a large crash on the M4, when we arrived which was around 23.05pm, there was the gate with a on-off motion light - there were no directions to the tent or the parking, we had to switch our torches on HOWEVER we then contacted the property who did not answer I'm guessing from 9pm onwards they go to bed and ignore. We were then out put through to Curated Properties for around 25 mins who was unfamiliar with the site and apologised he was unable to help after also trying to contact the property. therefore we were stranded and unable to locate the tent, no lighting, no direction, they seem to only give directions or expect you to arrive in day time, and have made no alternative to those arriving when its dark. I requested a refund AS WE DID NOT STAY and had to find a hotel in the city centre at just before midnight, but being the greedy people this so called glamping site are they refused to help, answer our call and refund £120 for them doing nothing

The location was great. However, it was unsuitable for small children. The toilet was a composting unit where liquid and solid waste must be separated; for small children this is impossible, so you end up having to scoop all the solid from the bucket meant for liquids. Also the shower couldn’t maintain a constant temperature, so you keep having to adjust from too hot to too cold, which again is impossible for small children.
