Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The hotel sits in a central spot and is comfortable, but the corner street outside is almost silent and has people drugging day and night, which is very unpleasant; security should stop that. To reach the parking at the neighboring hotel you have to walk down that horrible street. The location is central but close to shady areas, which I didn’t like.

The hotel itself was gorgeous and right in the middle of Lisbon, near shops and restaurants. The bathroom was small, yet clean and fully equipped; the front‑desk and bar staff were a bit hesitant to help, making everything feel like an effort and they made that clear.
