“Pegadinha”
Comfort, tidiness, and peace. It wasn’t clear at booking that the stay would be without breakfast and housekeeping, nor that the reservation was made directly with a private host (like Airbnb) rather than the hotel itself. Because of that I didn’t have access to standard hotel services such as Late Checkout and others.
The Wi‑Fi on the floor was dead the whole time, so I couldn't get online. Other than that, nothing else stood out.
“Umas das melhores estadias que já fiquei, ótimo preço”
The cleaning and quality of the items were sensational, and honestly everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.
The location is spot on and Poliana is a super friendly host, always ready to help. But after staying here for years, the place is starting to show its age—leaks in the bathroom and the lights in the room still glow even when they're off, messing up my sleep.
