The tiny house was immaculate and offered complete privacy, overlooking cow pastures on a working dairy farm. Air‑conditioning was already on when I arrived, and the ceiling fan and fully equipped kitchen satisfied even a chef’s needs. The owner welcomed me warmly and was very accommodating, and the home also featured a trampoline plus a large selection of board and ball games. The only downside was that the west‑facing house made sunset sitting outside unpleasant, and there was no internet or TV—something travelers today rely on for communication and simple tasks like translating Dutch instructions. Fortunately, the owner supplied a hotspot so I could check an anticipated e‑mail.

The location was beautiful and quiet, the host was very friendly, and the space was great. The bed felt a bit too firm for me, and a guardrail would be nice above the stairs.

Everything was there—just bring your clothes and toothbrush. The rest of the lovely little house had all the essentials.
