“Warning - I would not recommend booking this property”

We had a confirmed reservation, but upon arrival we were told to cancel and pay the property directly in cash at a lower price. We never agreed to that and insisted on keeping the original booking and paying as booked. The whole process dragged on as they tried to contact the manager and back‑and‑forth. In the end they said we couldn’t stay unless we canceled and paid them directly. Shortly after, the property claimed our payment card was invalid and canceled our reservation. Our card was correct with enough funds. We were left without accommodation and had to book another hotel on short notice. The whole experience felt shady and made us extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property.

“Habitación ‘Nina’ pequeña pero cómoda con baño privado.”

The ‘Nina’ room was very good. • Very close to the central train station • 20 min to the Tower • Small but enough for one person • Clean and tidy • Bathroom clean and comfortable • Check‑in very easy and quick • Host pleasant • Kitchen supplies available (cutlery, fridge, microwave, etc) • We could hear people in the rooms next to us • A mosquito at night • No AC remote • The window blind could not be opened.

The sink was clogged from the start, and the water filled right up to the brim after the first use. The same thing happened in the shower; water flowed straight out into the room. The elevator is unreliable—and this is on the fifth floor. The staff are rude and do not speak English

“Excelente localização em Pisa”

The location was excellent, very close to the main station and relatively near the Tower of Pisa. The apartment had been remodelled with modern décor and air conditioning, and there was a terrace for outdoor time. Coffee capsules were available in the shared kitchen (the coffee was very good). It was perfect for two people for a one‑night stay.

“Room ok, manager is rude”

The room looked new and was beautiful, though it was small. The manager was the biggest problem: when we arrived at 10:30 pm with food for dinner, he said the kitchen was closed. The next morning, we needed to catch a 6:30 am train and had to eat before 6 am, but he rudely told us “no kitchen before 7 am” and handed us the phone.
