The room listed on the official site was a single room, but the booking platform sold it as a double‑bed room, which didn’t match reality. I asked the hotel staff and they said they can sell a single room at the double‑bed price; I hope the platform can clarify that.

Everything was comfy overall. The old‑school hotel has a long history, but it’s constantly renovated and tweaked to fit guests’ needs, making the whole stay a pleasure! All the staff were enthusiastic—definitely recommend! The parking spots were just a little scarce.

The staff were all very polite and the location is super convenient—there’s a metro station right at the entrance and the Big Egg is a 10‑minute walk. The hair dryer doesn’t blow hard enough, so long hair takes a while to dry.

The location is superb—easy to get to the Taipei National Museum and almost everywhere else in Taipei. The room was spotless and the service was excellent.
