“Total, disgusting, moldy & smelly”

The only bright spot was the location. I was utterly disappointed with the Red Roof Inn Plus. The stay turned into a nightmare as we were shuffled from room to room because of a strong musty odor and visible mold, especially in the bathrooms. Each new room carried the same mold problem, forcing us to stay in a space that made breathing and sleeping difficult. My throat became itchy and irritated, and the constant worry about the room’s cleanliness and mold exposure ruined any chance of relaxation. It was clear that this wasn’t an isolated issue; after seeing several rooms with the same musty smell and mold, I questioned the overall maintenance of the property. As paying guests, we expected a clean, well‑maintained room that was comfortable to sleep in, not a series of mold‑laden rooms. The experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel without major fixes to its moisture, mold, ventilation, and maintenance problems.
