The hotel had foreign staff who spoke Japanese very well and were very considerate. I stayed for three nights and four days, and the eco‑cleaning was just right, so I could use the rooms without worry. The terrace by the river was nice for a break after returning to the hotel. I’m grateful for everything and hope to come again.

The location is great for strolling around Koto Ward and the price is very reasonable for a stay. The only downside was that the fridge was far too small.

It’s relatively cheaper than most Tokyo hotels, but the room is very small with almost no space to move, making it unsuitable for families. The hotel is a bit far from the metro, and it would have helped if the correct station exit had been mentioned. The electric kettle felt unsafe because it had no safety switch. The room had an unpleasant smell, probably from cleaning, and the breakfast was only average. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it, though it’s relatively affordable for Tokyo. The internet connection was poor.

Breakfast was automatically included, which was a pleasant surprise, and the receipt didn’t even mention that breakfast was included, which was nice. It’s not bad, but I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t individual.
