The location is very convenient, the facilities are spotless, and the staff are warm and welcoming; I felt at home in Tokyo for the entire stay. We brought a toddler, and the hotel accommodated us nicely, providing toys and a toddler‑friendly shower setup that was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family for future trips.

The room was spacious, new, and felt more like renting an apartment than a hotel. However, they don’t provide cleaning service—you have to empty your own trash and take your own linens out. Also, there was hair on the tatami mat when I arrived.

Everything was great, the staff were very helpful, and they had everything we needed for our baby. It was an amazing stay in a great part of Tokyo. Everything was great.
