The location is right in front of the sea, the restaurant is excellent with a chef preparing all meals right in front of us, and there’s access to an onsen with thermal water and a sea view. I’m not used to sleeping on tatami, but the rest of the room was very good!

The whole experience was great – the staff really embody a strong sense of customer service, staying professional and calm. It was hard to figure out where the outdoor onsen was right after getting off the bus; perhaps the driver could point it out when passengers disembark. Apart from that, the service was perfect and very attentive, thank you! I did wish I could enjoy the full beach view from the men’s onsen and thought a bit more shade would help. Also, the women’s hours for the two indoor onsens on the 7th floor felt too restrictive – midnight is a bit late. Aside from those minor points that could be tweaked, the service was flawless and truly rejuvenating.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious, the onsen had a great sea view, the food was amazing, and the shuttle to the station was free. Without a car you’re a bit out of the loop, but if you’re just after the onsen and relaxation it’s perfect.
