We were never checked in and no one answered our messages. It feels like a scam. We had to find another place, but luckily there are plenty around the area.

We arrived in Rome in the evening, nobody reached out, the accommodation with that name isn’t at the listed address, we were left on the street that night! We couldn’t call the number, we even wrote to the hotel address and Booking, no response. We circled Rome at night looking for a place with a front desk until we found lodging. Terrible!! Watch out for them!!

When I got there, the property didn’t exist, so I had to stay at another hotel.
