Breakfast was very good, the cleanliness was impeccable, but there was no air conditioning in any rooms – it was very hot in the rooms. After confirming my reservation, while I was already on the way, I received an email about a room change, which is something that can happen at hotels. Upon arrival, because of the room change, I was asked to pay an additional 20 €; exhausted from traveling, I paid, but it felt like a strange and unfair practice. This wasn’t my first stay at the property, but it will definitely be my last. It’s not about the money, but about honesty and respect for the customer!

The breakfast and dinner were very good, the reception and service were friendly and pleasant, and the elevator to the S‑bahn platform was a short walk away.

I stayed at a family hotel that truly exemplifies the classic perks of its category, offering high quality in every area with nothing feeling pre‑made or predictable, and its location is perfect for guests arriving by train. The only downside was the fans used in the rooms to combat the still unfamiliar summer heat, which feel like a relic from the past.
