I tried to pay online, but the payment never went through, so I had to pay extra cash; I received an email saying I could pay the full or half amount, but when I paid half (₹1060), the staff refused to refund my money and behaved rudely, telling me to call the OYO team; at around 4:30 am, a man entered our room and demanded a matchbox, frightening my family—this was a terrible room in Bangalore.

the bathroom was not clean shower was not walking no hot water and no ac remote provided to change the temperature staff tried to get us to pay 200 rs more for ac room and in the end we paid extra 100 rs.In it showed the room cost was 560 rs but we were charged in total 1200 rs I had no other option to choose this room because I was running late for the work I had come really disappointing I kindly request u to look into this and if possible to get some kind of compensation because I feel it is really unfair thank you
