I liked the hotel’s level. The rooms were all new and clean. The mattress was comfortable and the sleep was good. The location was convenient, with cafés, shops, and a beauty salon nearby. As a recommendation, pay more attention to the breakfast selection and add porridge.

I stayed two nights at Rivana Boutique Hotel and was genuinely pleased with the time I spent there. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by both the quality of service and the hospitality of the staff. I especially want to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Asad, who was very helpful, attentive to everything, and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. His approach to guests is truly sincere and professional. The breakfast was a highlight for me: it was varied, fresh, and tasty, and I especially enjoyed the fried pork belly I hadn’t tried often before; it tasted amazing and was one of my favorite parts of the breakfast. The hotel’s pool and fitness centre were also really nice, providing great options for guests who want to relax or exercise. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxed and peaceful. I was very satisfied with the location, giving it a perfect score of 100 out of 100. I had no issues with room cleanliness; the rooms were clean and orderly. The cleaning staff and other hotel employees were very friendly, kind, and helpful, always respectful and attentive. The service quality was truly high. In short, my two days at Rivana Boutique Hotel were a wonderful experience for me. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, breakfast, service, staff attention, pool, fitness centre, and location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tashkent with peace of mind. I especially thank Mr. Asad again for his excellent service and hospitality. I give Rivana Boutique Hotel 100 out of 100.
