The hotel sits in a convenient spot and the staff were courteous, but parking was a problem.

Staff was polite but not prompt .my room light was burnt on 1 day of stay.they could not change it on even 4 th day of stay. On last day of stay I want to stay 1 more hour after check out time as my exam was there.I had to fight for that .staff should be cooperative that much. customer is important.I had stayed there for 4.5 days .they should respect it
