“Entspannte Atmosphäre und tolle Blicke am Hang”

The finca sits on a hillside with a meticulously kept garden that even attracts hummingbirds. The view from the property is fantastic and the host was incredibly helpful, taking us on a lovely hike and sharing plenty of local tips. Even though it’s on the edge of Manizales, the bus runs quickly into town, so getting around was easy. We felt right at home for the whole five‑day stay.

I was surprised how close the Mirador Finca is to downtown Manizales – just a three‑minute walk to the bus stop and about a twelve‑minute ride into the center. The staff are genuinely friendly, the garden is beautiful and peaceful, and the birds are a constant soundtrack. Breakfast was solid and the homemade dinners were the best part of the day; I only booked one night but ended up staying a week. The puppies are adorable, too.

The scenery from the rooms is breathtaking and the staff were warm and attentive. I loved how the place was set up, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. A big thanks to Majid for making everything smooth.

“Perfect!”

I can’t think of a single thing that was off about our time at Mirador Finca Morrogacho – the views are literally unreal and the owner, Majid, is the most helpful host I’ve ever met. When I arrived with a flat tire, he stepped in without hesitation, and his reputation in the community shows why. The grounds are immaculate thanks to a full‑time gardener, and our chalet was spacious with a top‑notch shower and those jaw‑dropping vistas.
