Breakfast was wonderful with a wide range of hot and cold options, and the room was great. The main reason I chose this place was because it advertised a shuttle to the airport, but when I asked for the schedule they said there was no shuttle; the receptionist asked me to show him the advertisement, which I did, and he promised to ask the manager. We were told there would be no shuttle and that I could order a taxi for €40, without asking if that was per person, which was very disappointing.

The service was excellent, and I give a very positive rating to the professional conduct of receptionist Vladimír. We travel a lot, so we can compare staff behavior; the hotel is in a great location and the quality of service is high.

Close to the old town, within walking distance to everything, and breakfast was amazing.
