The accommodation was very private, with no front desk—any questions had to be directed straight to the housekeeper. There were no signs indicating the location, and the room near the water pump was noisy enough to disturb sleep.

It was quiet. The view looked out onto oil rigs, which was underwhelming. One of the beds was as hard as rock, so we didn’t use it. Communication with staff was difficult. Check‑in was confusing; we were not told that breakfast would arrive in our room at 7:30 am. We had already left for the day and had eaten when the trays arrived, which would have been better if we’d known. There was no storage space in the room—no closet, counter, or anything to lift luggage (there were ants), and only a tiny space above the toilet. We found cheaper hotels that were much better.

We booked a stay here and received a confirmation, but when we got there the property was completely closed, no one was around, and we couldn’t get in. We tried calling twice, but no one answered. Why did we get a confirmation if the place isn’t even open?!
