“Un soggiorno speciale, non vediamo l’ora di tornare.”

A historic building with exposed beams, a stone fireplace, and windows overlooking the village and the mountains. The owners offered a truly unique welcome, managing everything with skill and love for their work and the special place they open to visitors. We really enjoyed the garden breakfast, the silence, and the village atmosphere. This is our second year returning, and we were very happy. We have nothing to report, we were very good.

The location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and unique, and the gardens with tables and chairs are great for meals and relaxation. The owner is friendly and helpful and gave excellent restaurant and activity recommendations. A car is a must.

Palazzo Piro is an absolutely stunning property, and Eliana has lovingly restored this historic building with impeccable taste, preserving its original character while thoughtfully adding all modern amenities. Every detail feels authentic yet comfortable, and the hosts, Alfredo and Eliana, make you feel more like family than a guest. When our flight was delayed by 5 hours, they waited until the middle of the night without hesitation, setting a warm tone for the entire stay. From the moment we arrived, they took wonderful care of us, and Eliana’s breakfasts were spectacular—beautifully prepared, delicious, and the perfect start to each day. They offered incredible activity suggestions, including a magical nighttime tour to see deer and wild boar in their natural habitat, and handled restaurant reservations with genuine enthusiasm. Spending time with them felt like being welcomed into their home and lives, and we left feeling like we’d experienced something truly special: not just a beautiful place to sleep, but an authentic glimpse into the region through the eyes of people who genuinely love sharing it. We cannot recommend Palazzo Piro highly enough. Thank you, Alfredo and Eliana, for an unforgettable experience and for making us feel like family! Everything was fantastic.

“Magnificent Palazzo with all conforts”

I stayed at Palazzo Pirro for four nights, and it was an absolute treat. As a history lover, I was amazed by how beautifully preserved the palazzo is—it feels like stepping back in time while still enjoying modern comforts. The rooms are comfortable, with great attention to detail, making every corner feel special. It is truly a place of peace, where one can slow down and reconnect with the gentler rhythms of life. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a genuine family-run spirit. Everyone was extremely courteous and always ready to help. Our experience felt truly personalized, and my husband and I felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. They also gave us wonderful recommendations on where to eat and what to visit, which made our time even more enjoyable. I even had an important call during my stay, and they supported me with every detail. Breakfast in the garden was a touch of class—peaceful, refined, and the perfect start to the day. Overall, everything was magnificent. Truly recommended, and I can’t wait to go back for a longer stay
