This boutique hotel was amazing and right next to 5th Avenue; our room was beautifully furnished, roomy, and super comfy. The small pool on the ground floor was a lifesaver in May’s heat. Owner Fabri went out of his way to make us feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had an unforgettable stay.

The reception and Fabrizio’s friendliness made us feel at home, and Lupita was discreetly caring. The hotel’s location is very central yet not in the noisy part of Playa del Carmel. The place, its facilities, and services are high quality. We feel like friends here! Nothing—everything was perfect! Only Fabrizio needs to keep practicing French! 😉

This spot feels more like a welcoming home than a hotel. Fabri and Lupita are fantastic—warm, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are uniquely designed, thoughtfully arranged for travelers: plugs where you expect them, a hair dryer in the drawer you open, and many other considerate touches. The place is spotless and well maintained. It’s in a perfect location, close to everything without being busy or noisy. We’ve stayed in many hotels around here, and this is by far the best—one of the best ever! I can’t recommend it enough.

A charming boutique hotel, comfortable and ideally located. With only 6 rooms, the vibe is intimate and family‑like. Huge thanks to Fabri and Lupita for their warm welcome and immense kindness. We feel right at home! Nothing—everything was perfect.

The hotel is truly exceptional in every way; every room is beautifully designed with stunning décor, and the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The owner is outstanding—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—making this the best hotel experience I've ever had.
