Nothing good. It felt creepy with negative vibes, no part of the facility was satisfactory. I literally left in disgust—no cleanliness, no phone in the room, no operating information given at check‑in, I had to come down for every single query, the room was smelly, and the doors didn’t lock well.

nothing. hotel facility . Even a basic facility like water was not available at the hotel. After a hectic journey, this caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. I would like to understand how you intend to compensate for the difficulties I faced. The overall experience has been very disappointing. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will be compelled to approach the consumer forum for redressal. i checked out hotel after 1 hr. never expect this form

The reception and room service could use some improvement; at least soap, clean towels, and a kettle for hot water should be provided in every room.

I was really disappointed with the room I got here. It was dirty, with stained bed sheets and a sofa that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The toilet was leaking, and the whole place was just not liveable. I even have a video of the room to prove it, and it was honestly the worst experience I've had in a hotel. I ended up having to book another place for the rest of my stay.
