Great location, clean, well maintained. You never see a staff member. Communication is problematic. Construction noise in the building all day after 8:30.

“Very upset of incompetence communication and accountability”

The property is in a very good location and the room was clean. We were very upset and unhappy with the check‑in. They sent us the wrong address and check‑in instructions by WhatsApp. No response to our call or WhatsApp texts for one and a half hours. We two seniors, after 24 flights and a tiring transition, were wondering what to do. Finally another person from Italian‑flat responded to our text and call and sent us an address and instruction to a different address. We, two tired seniors with four pieces of luggage, had to go to a different address three blocks down the road. No taxi. We carried our luggage and finally, after two hours, settled. The last person answered that we are sorry. “Sorry” wasn’t enough. We know sometimes human error happens, but the problem was mostly communication and a very poor system. After realizing they made mistakes and sent us to the wrong address, wasting almost two hours of our tired time, they could have offered help to go to the new address or at least an official from the company had contacted us.

The location is amazing! Very clean, minimalistic, but very friendly, everything you need. Great, clean bathroom. Comfortable towels and beds. Truly recommended! Thank you to the Italy‑flat staff.
