It’s close to the beach and central to both the North and South pier. The key lock on the room door didn’t work; it was very fiddly to lock and unlock. The room was small for a double. The toilet faced the bed and the bathroom door didn’t close properly, so I could smell the toilet while trying to sleep. There weren’t enough towels and no housekeeping was offered. Breakfast was very limited.

The eating area was clean, breakfast wasn’t bad at all, and the staff were friendly. When we arrived the door was slightly open. The room smelled damp and I could definitely smell cigarette smoke; wallpaper was rolled down with mold on the wall in the left corner of the room. This was because there was no window, so no air regulation.

The staff and breakfast were both excellent. There was a damp spot on the ceiling, but since I only slept there, it didn’t bother me.

The room was beautiful, breakfast lovely, and the location great. This B&B is excellent and I highly recommend it.
