The staff were absolutely amazing, ready to help with anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The pool was so relaxing, especially on hot days. I liked our room, which was a bit outdated but functional. The bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed. The Wi‑Fi is spotty and there is no cable connection for the TV, but otherwise we enjoyed our time here.

The bed was soft and clean with high‑quality cotton sheets and good pillows, plus a quality mattress topper that let me sleep like a king. The hot shower was strong and the bathroom basic but clean. The air in the room was crisp and a bit cold. The pool was okay and pleasant to swim in. The staff were friendly and nice people. The location is central and close to everything—parks, markets, restaurants, etc. The hotel is by far the best choice in town; you’ll have a good shower, sleep in a clean and secure place with lovely staff, but expect everything to feel just a little tired. The policy of tiny toiletries handed out at check‑in was strange—just a tiny bar of soap, a small sachet of shampoo, and toothpaste. I had to buy my own from a local chemist after realizing the staff were restricted by hotel policy and couldn’t help. The room did have a fridge, but it hadn’t worked for some time. The listing advertised a kettle, fridge, slippers, robes, restaurant, bar, etc., but unfortunately this was not the case, though technically we did have a fridge in the room. Reception said they would edit the listing to correct it. The venue felt overpriced, but ultimately I would return because nothing else in this “Manila” standard in town matches it.

The facilities and staff were excellent, and the food of good quality arrived in our room right on schedule, but the television reception was poor.
