I love how close the location is to fantastic shopping and restaurants; the jacuzzi and sauna were excellent, and the staff were very warm and attentive. The massage therapist was a bit rough—my partner’s hands hurt after she massaged them; she was nice but applied too much pressure on fingers and toes.

The location is good, but the air conditioning is very noisy.

I found the room comfortable and cozy, and the back garden was perfect for breakfast, relaxing, or a dip in the jacuzzi. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very kind and professional. I didn’t try the spa, but it looked great. The hotel is located in San Benito, a quiet and well-served part of San Salvador.

The service was excellent, but the room was small.

I felt like I was staying at a friend's house; the staff treated me so well and everything was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Andreia and Humberto were amazing and it was wonderful. I wish they’d add a mini fridge or a small fridge; I liked everything, there was nothing wrong, just a little missing for next time.
