⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here on 2nd December with my wife and the hospitality was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely warm, friendly, and welcoming. They personally gave us a tour of the property and showed us the different cottages, which made us feel very comfortable and valued as guests. On our request, the owner kindly upgraded our room, which was a wonderful gesture. He is a very genuine and helpful person—so much so that he now feels like a friend. He helped me a lot with my next day itinerary, explaining every detail clearly, which turned out to be extremely helpful and made our trip smooth and memorable. The food was delicious, service was quick, and everything was well managed. The location is perfect, especially for travelers who want to visit the living root bridge, one of the most amazing natural wonders in Asia. I was able to experience this beautifully, thanks to the owner’s guidance. This stay was one of my best experiences so far. Every penny spent here is absolutely worth it. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Ribstweet and meet the owner—you’ll understand what true hospitality means. Mark my words, the experience was magical, and I am definitely planning to visit again next year to stay here and meet my friend once more.

The staff were cooperative, but there were no veg breakfast options, the toilets were unclean, there were electricity issues, and the room size was very small.

The view from the cottage is exceptionally beautiful with mountain views. The rooms are very cozy, with comfortable beds, warm ambience and proper geyser facilities. The property manager is a sweet lady, and she helped us settle comfortably in our cottage and heeded to every detail we needed. It is also worth mentioning that the property manager waived our cancellation fee, even tough we had to cancel one night's booking at a very short notice due to road blockage
