The site is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the parking is secure. It’s next to the town, perfect for walking, and only a 5‑minute drive to Chichén Itzá. The pool was very good. The bathroom screen door was broken and the air‑conditioner made a bit of noise.

The structure sits near the Chichen‑Itza archaeological site. The staff are super courteous and helpful, breakfast is excellent, the room has a typical style, and overall the facility is very pleasant.

The hotel is super close to Chichen Itzá, so if you stay there you can be at the ruins at exactly 8 o’clock. The garden is really pretty, but the restaurant was closed and we couldn’t try it.

It’s a pass‑through hotel. We had to stay in the area and ended up there… The bathroom is very old and the room is very basic. There is a pool, but it wasn’t well maintained.

The spot was convenient, yet there was no food service at all – something that wasn’t mentioned when we booked – and only five lounge chairs were placed around the pool; the garden could have been pleasant, but the lack of any dining option really showed in the overall feel of the place.
